The Origin

We built LRI because no existing tool was designed to solve this problem.

Every organization we worked with had the same blind spot: strong leaders, trusted assessments, and absolutely no way to see how their leadership team was quietly limiting the company's ability to move fast and execute well.

The problem was not a lack of data. It was a lack of the right kind of measurement — something built to show how leadership capability, business demand, and decision flow all interact over time.
